Guests have free use of the private lakeside residents swimming pool, which is fully heated with changing facilities available. Within the pool grounds are sun beds and a barbeque area. Adjacent to the residents pool are two tennis courts, a large children's play area, baseball pitch and basketball court. Within five minutes drive there is an international class golf course, one of many in the area.
