2. Description of Lone Working Activities
Reception staff managing check-ins/check-outs alone & working alone in office.
Housekeeping staff cleaning rooms in unoccupied hotel areas.
Maintenance staff conducting repairs in isolated hotel sections.
Staff working in the car park or external hotel grounds.

4. Control Measures Implementation

Panic alarms are installed at the reception and key lone working areas.
Staff must complete lone working safety training before working alone.
5. Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, lone workers must immediately contact Richard Gwynne 07788925666
If facing aggression or security threats, staff must activate the panic alarm and contact security or police.
In case of injury, lone workers must call emergency services and notify management.
6. Review and Monitoring
Management will review this risk assessment annually or following any incidents.
Employees are encouraged to report safety concerns or suggest improvements.
