Property left behind by guests will be held for a period of 1 month, excluding food/drink items which will be disposed of within 24 hours of your departure from the hotel. While we make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking out. If you notice that you have left something behind, please call the reception on 01202 767022 as soon as possible. To be reunited with your lost property, you are required to arrange for it to be collected from the hotel by yourself or a trusted person.
Alternatively, you can arrange for a courier service to collect the lost property from the hotel and deliver to yourself (a £2 packaging fee will be charged where applicable, please contact the reception if this is required). This needs to be booked, paid for, and arranged by yourself, such services are provided by DPD, Evri and ParcelForce etc.
