Laguna Hotel Outside Food/Drink Policy

At the Laguna we operate a policy that allows guests to bring & consume their own food into their hotel bedrooms if it does not require heating. As we cannot control the origin of food products, we will not store any products brought in by guests in our fridges due to the risk of cross contamination. If guests who have booked a meal plan with us have any special dietary requirements & have brought their own food then please contact the duty manager. We do not allow the consumption of guests own alcohol in any public area within the hotel. I.e. the bar, lounges & gardens. Guests own alcohol may only be consumed in their bedroom.
