Portland : Terrain varies: Portland Bill offers parking close to viewpoints and level paths in key areas & Portland Castle provides good step-free access to most areas.

Some coastal spots are uneven, but main viewpoints and amenities are accessible.

Weymouth: Flat, accessible seafront promenade ideal for wheelchairs and scooters. Town centre is mostly level with dropped kerbs and plenty of seating. Weymouth Harbour has smooth pathways and many step-free cafés. Accessible toilets are available along the seafront and in the town centre.

Portland is steeped in maritime and industrial history, forming part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.
