Booking to Arrival

All villa bookings need to be made online through our chosen third party sites, Booking.com and Expedia. All prices and availability can be found on their websites. Once you have booked with Booking.com/Expedia.com you will recieve a confirmation email from them. It is important when you book to ensure you are booking the right accomodation, the listing will state whether the villa comes with a private pool or use of the communal pool just down the road.

 

Booking.com

For bookings made with Booking.com, payment is taken two weeks prior to check in. If your booking is within the next two weeks, payment will be taken immediately. In order to process payments, we will a require a credit card authorisation form to be completed, this will be sent to you after booking. The form needs to be printed and completed then scanned or photographed and sent to us at ali@lagunaholidays.com. Without this form the transaction cannot be processed and your booking will be cancelled.

Our head office is in the United Kingdom and takes all payments in UK sterling, not US Dollars. This sometimes causes an issue with your bank. Please make them aware you are making this transaction.

We will notify you of your villa address and check in details 7 days before arrival. If your booking is within the next 7 days, we will inform you of these details as soon as payment has been cleared.

 

 

Expedia

For Expedia bookings, you will pay them direct as per their terms and conditions of booking. As with Booking.com, 7 days before arrival we will notify you of your villa address and check in details. If your booking is within the 7 days we will notify you straight away.
