Barbecues, fires, cookers, etc., are strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel premises or grounds. These items pose a serious fire threat and can also cause damage to tarmac and grass surfaces.
Anyone found cooking in their hotel room will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety and preservation of our property.
Go through the subway at the front of the hotel and turn left. Walk through the 2nd subway, cross the road, walk past the multi storey car park entrance and the town centre is straight ahead.

Go past the swimming pool onto the road, turn right down the road to the entrance of gardens, turn right past the tennis courts into the town centre.

Failure to do so may result in your vehicle being clamped. Vehicles must be removed by 1400 on day of departure. Vehicles are parked at their owners' risk and the Laguna Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused to vehicles whilst on its property.
Access for the coaches is required 24/7 so please do not block their access.

Signs must be hung on your outside door handle. If a sign is displayed for more than 24 hours, a hotel manager will check on the well-being of the room occupants.
Reception is open from 8am-8pm. Security will assist at reception in case of an emergency outside of the reception hours.
Help us protect the environment. Everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once. You make the choice - a towel on the rail means "use again", a towel on the floor means "please replace". Thank you.

A £15 refundable deposit is required for an extra key for your room. Lost keys will be charged at the same rate.
Please leave the key in the key drop boxes provided at reception and at by the main building entrance doors when you depart the hotel.
Checkout Time: 10:30 AM
The fire alarm will be sounded at 1pm every Monday in order to test the hotel fire system. On this occasion only, no action is required. At all other times when the fire alarm sounds, please evacuate immediately via your nearest fire exit. Detailed instructions are located on your bedroom door.

We operate a policy that allows guests to bring their own food into their hotel bedrooms if it does not require heating.
We are not able to heat food under any circumstances in our hotel kitchen due to possible contamination issues. As we cannot control the origin of food products, we will not store any products bought in by guests in our fridges due to the risk of cross contamination. We can store sealed, labelled cartons of milk, baby food etc.

Ironing boards are situated throughout the hotel.
At around 10 PM, the main building front doors are locked for security reasons. Your room key also has a front door key for entry after this time. Annex buildings front doors are kept locked all the time.
During the hours of 10 PM to 8 AM, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down and be considerate of others staying at the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation!
Directions: Go through the subway in front of the hotel, turn right, walk 50 yards and the Co-Op store is opposite.
Storage facilities are available at reception: £3 per bag.
Guests are welcome to have outside food delivered but please be aware that the hotel is not responsible for delivery drivers who are unable to find you and deliver your order, and will therefore not reimburse the loss. Food obtained from outside providers is consumed at the guests risk. Sets of disposable cutlery/plates are available for purchase from reception 40p per set. We ask all quests to observe quiet time hours between 10pm and 8am. Your consideration to other guests is appreciated.
It is illegal to smoke or vape inside any of our buildings, including bedrooms. Guests who break the law will be charged a £50.00 cleaning fee & asked to leave the hotel immediatley.
