Craft*Folk was established in 1992 by Howard Potter and continues to support genuine artists and crafts people who are looking to promote and sell their work. We actively encourage “in action” demonstrations to show off these skills. In today’s economic uncertainty it is more important then ever to keep our talented makers to the forefront of retailing.

Individual food and drink producers are also welcome to add to the vibrant atmosphere of our outdoor contemporary free Fairs and Festivals where a real passion for tradition sometimes comes with a modern twist!

This well established Christmas Market sited in the heart of Cardiff City Centre has been organised and successfully run by us for 30 years. It is a unique visitor attraction and offers an alternative shopping experience as you are buying original work directly from the makers themselves. Each year we have an extensive rolling programme of over 200 individual businesses selling a wide variety of diverse arts and crafts interspersed with seasonal food and drink.
