Step into a tropical paradise filled with hundreds of free-flying butterflies, exotic flowers, and colourful birds — a warm and relaxing start to the day. Afterwards, enjoy free time in Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Stroll along the River Avon, browse independent shops, or visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

If you’d prefer, you can skip the Butterfly Farm and spend the full visit exploring Stratford’s historic streets, riverside gardens, and many cafés at your own pace.

 

Accessibility

Stratford-upon-Avon town centre is mostly level and easy to explore, with paved streets and good access to shops, cafés, and riverside paths. The Butterfly Farm is fully wheelchair accessible, with wide, gently sloping paths through the tropical glasshouse and accessible toilets on site. The walk from the coach park to both the Butterfly Farm and the town centre is short and level. Seating and rest areas are available throughout.
