Accessibility

Windsor town centre is generally accessible with wide pavements and mostly level pedestrianised streets. However, there are some cobbled areas, gentle slopes and uneven surfaces, particularly near the castle and riverside. The Great Park Illuminated trail follows mainly wide, hard-surfaced paths and is suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Some sections have gentle slopes and can be uneven in places.
