Cowes Week is one of the worlds longest-running and most prestigious sailing regattas, held every August in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. First established in 1826, it attracts hundreds of boats and thousands of visitors each year.
During the week, a wide variety of yachts from high-performance racing boats to classic cruisers compete in daily races on the Solent. Beyond the action on the water, Cowes comes alive with shoreside entertainment, live music, food stalls, and a vibrant festival atmosphere, making it a highlight of the British summer social calendar.
